## The short answer

Arcade, the interactive demo and AI video tool at arcade.software, costs nothing on Free, **$50 per seat per month** on Growth, and a custom quote on Enterprise. Annual billing takes Growth to $42.50 per seat per month, a 15% discount. Those figures are from arcade.software/pricing, checked September 11, 2026. If you are pricing a games arcade, this is the wrong page.

### Free is $0

One seat, one published demo and one published video at a time, 200 AI credits a month, and the Arcade watermark stays on. You can build as many demos as you like; you can publish one.

### Growth is $50 per seat per month

Unlimited published demos and AI videos, the watermark removed, MP4 and GIF export, branching, forms and calls to action, insights, and a shared workspace. 800 AI credits a month. The compare table lists Growth for up to 10 users.

### Enterprise is a custom quote

Adds SSO, role-based access, multiple teams and brand kits, HTML capture, version history, custom domains, a Salesforce integration, and a dedicated customer success manager. 100,000 credits a year.

### The credits decide the real price

Demos are free to make on every plan. AI video is not: each 30 seconds of generated video costs 50 credits, so Free's 200 credits are about two minutes of video a month and Growth's 800 are about eight. If AI video is the reason you are buying Arcade, the credit line is the number to read, not the seat price.

## What each Arcade plan includes

Arcade prices the seat, and the seat is the person who builds. Anyone can watch.

| Plan | Price | What you get |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $0 | 1 seat, 1 published demo and 1 published video, 200 AI credits a month, unlimited views. Chrome extension, desktop app for Mac and Windows, Figma plugin, hotspots and callouts, chapters, AI copy, camera recording, share by link, embed. Watermark on. No MP4 or GIF export, no insights, no branching, no forms. |
| Growth | $50 per seat / month ($42.50 yearly) | Unlimited published demos and AI videos, 800 AI credits a month, watermark removed, custom branding and landing page, MP4 and GIF export, step-by-step guides, branching, forms and calls to action, variables, AI translation, blur, autoplay, pan and zoom, video editing, basic and advanced insights, integrations, shared workspace, one brand kit. Listed for up to 10 users. |
| Enterprise | Custom | Everything above plus up to 10 brand kits, role-based access, multiple teams, HTML capture, API, custom share links and domains, collections, offline access, version history, SSO, custom fonts, Salesforce integration, data export, security reviews, dedicated success manager, 100,000 credits a year. |

Two lines matter more than the feature count. Export starts at Growth, so a demo that has to leave Arcade as a file starts at $50. And the published-output cap on Free is one demo and one video, which is enough to evaluate the tool and not enough to run a library on.

## What an Arcade team actually pays

Per-seat pricing means the total is the number of people building, times $50.

| People building | Growth at $50, monthly | Growth at $42.50, yearly | Yearly total |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | $50 / month | $42.50 / month | $510 |
| 3 | $150 / month | $127.50 / month | $1,530 |
| 5 | $250 / month | $212.50 / month | $2,550 |
| 10 | $500 / month | $425 / month | $5,100 |
| 25 | Above Growth's listed 10 users; Enterprise, custom | Custom | Custom |

One detail is unclear on the page itself. The compare table lists Growth for "up to 10" users, while the FAQ says seats can be added from Billing at $50 a month without stating a ceiling. Treat 10 as the published limit and ask before you plan on more.

## Costs the pricing page does not show

Five of them, and the last is the one worth the most.

1. **Enterprise has no published price, seat minimum, or contract length.** The page says "Let's talk".
2. **Credit top-ups are offered on Growth without a price.** Free cannot top up at all. When Growth's 800 credits run out, the page offers a top-up from Billing but does not say what one costs.
3. **Whether 800 credits are per workspace or per seat is not stated.** The card reads "800 AI Credits / month" with no unit. For a five-seat team this is the difference between 8 and 40 minutes of AI video a month.
4. **Dropping back to Free locks editing.** The FAQ says a workspace that unsubscribes keeps its content but loses premium features, insights, and the ability to edit more than three demos.
5. **Re-recording.** An Arcade demo is a capture of the product on the day it was made. When the product ships a change, the demo shows the old screens until someone captures it again. Nothing on the pricing page charges for this. A team pays it in hours.

## Where Layerpath fits, and where it costs more

**Arcade Growth and Layerpath Pro cost the same per creator, $50, up to three creators. From four creators Layerpath costs more.** We publish that first because a reader can check it in one click.

Layerpath prices the creator, the person who makes and edits projects, and viewers are free, the same shape as Arcade's seat.

| Creators / seats | Arcade Growth | Layerpath |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | $50 | $50, Pro |
| 3 | $150 | $150, Pro |
| 5 | $250 | $500, Team |
| 10 | $500 | $750, Team |
| 14 | Above the listed 10 users; Enterprise, custom | $950, Team |

Layerpath Pro is $50 per creator per month or $500 per year, with one creator included and up to two more at $50 each; Team is $500 per month or $5,000 per year for five creators, supporting four to fourteen; Enterprise starts at $10,000 per year. Annual billing is two months free. There are no separate AI credits to buy on any Layerpath plan. Source: layerpath.com/pricing, checked September 11, 2026.

The step that surprises people is the fourth creator: three creators cost $150 on either tool, and a fourth takes Layerpath to Team at $500 while Arcade adds one seat for $50. If you are a four-person team, that is the biggest number on this page and worth a conversation rather than a credit card.

## The comparison that is not seat price

Both pricing pages price a seat. Neither prices the work that seat has to redo.

Arcade's price buys an interactive demo, and increasingly an AI video, made from a capture of the product. It is built for the moment a prospect or a visitor meets the product for the first time. When the interface changes, the demo keeps showing the old interface until someone captures it again.

Layerpath's price buys a source you keep. You capture a workflow once, and that one project becomes an interactive tour, a step-by-step guide, and a narrated video. When the product changes, you edit the step that changed and republish all three. The AI video is generated from the captured product, not from a script, and it does not draw down a credit balance.

So the honest unit of comparison is not the seat. It is the walkthrough you have to keep accurate. Three questions decide it:

1. How many product walkthroughs does your team maintain right now?
2. How many did you recapture in the last six months because the interface moved?
3. Is the audience meeting the product for the first time, or learning to use it?

If the answers are "a handful", "none", and "first time", Arcade at $50 is the right purchase. If the library is large, recaptures are routine, and the audience is customers or staff who already use the product, the seat price is no longer the number that decides this.

## When Arcade is the right answer

Often, and plainly.

Choose Arcade when the demo is for marketing or sales: a product tour on the website, an embed in a launch post, a clickable walkthrough in an outbound email, or a short AI video for a campaign. Arcade's branching, forms, calls to action, and insights are built for that funnel, its Figma plugin fits a design-led team, and at one to three seats it costs exactly what Layerpath does while doing that job better.

Arcade is also the cheaper way to add AI video to a demo workflow if eight minutes a month is enough. Layerpath does not sell AI credits at all, which is simpler but also means its video is only ever the captured product with narration.

## What the rest of the category costs

Arcade is not the only tool a buyer at this price weighs. Cheapest paid plan on each vendor's own pricing page, monthly billing unless marked:

| Tool | Cheapest paid plan | Monthly price | Unit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Scribe | Pro Team | $17 | per seat, 5-seat minimum ($85 floor) |
| Loom | Business | $18 | per user |
| Synthesia | Starter | $19 | 1 editor |
| Tango | Pro | $20 at 3+ users, $26 at 1–2 | per user |
| Guidde | Pro | $29 | per creator (Business $59) |
| HeyGen | Creator | $29 | 1 seat |
| Clueso | Solo | $40, billed yearly | flat; monthly rate not shown |
| Trupeer | Pro | $49 | flat, 1 seat |
| Arcade | Growth | $50 | per seat, listed for up to 10 |
| Supademo | Scale | $50 | per creator |
| Layerpath | Pro | $50 | per creator, up to 3 |

Read the shape rather than the rows. The tools in the teens capture and share something. The tools around $50 build something and then maintain it. Decide which job you are buying before you compare a $18 tool with a $50 one.

## Frequently asked questions

### How much does Arcade cost per month?

$50 per seat per month on Growth, billed monthly, as of September 11, 2026. Annual billing is $42.50 per seat per month. Free is $0 and Enterprise is a custom quote.

### Is Arcade free?

Yes, the Free plan. The limits are one seat, one published demo and one published video at a time, 200 AI credits a month, and the Arcade watermark on everything you publish.

### How much is Arcade for a team of 10?

$500 a month on Growth with monthly billing, or $425 a month billed yearly, which is $5,100 a year. Ten is the number of users the compare table lists for Growth; a larger team is pointed to Enterprise.

### What are Arcade credits and how many do I need?

Credits pay for AI generation. Demos are free to make; AI video costs 50 credits per 30 seconds and each AI visual costs 50 credits. Free includes 200 credits a month, about two minutes of video, and Growth includes 800, about eight minutes. Growth can buy top-ups; the price is not published.

### Does Arcade have a free trial?

There is no timed trial. The Free plan is the trial. Companies before their Series A can ask for a startup discount on Growth.

### Is Layerpath cheaper than Arcade?

No. Up to three creators the two cost the same, $50 per creator per month. From four creators Layerpath moves to Team at $500 a month and costs more than Arcade until Arcade's own 10-user limit. The case for Layerpath is what the seat produces and maintains, a tour, a guide, and a video from one source that you update by editing a step, not what it costs.

### Can I bring an Arcade demo into Layerpath?

Not as a file. Layerpath starts from a screen recording, screenshots, or a Loom link and produces an editable project from that. If your Arcade demo was made from a recording you still have, that recording is the starting material.

## Methodology and sources

Prices change, so every figure on this page carries a date. Where a number here disagrees with a vendor's own pricing page, the vendor's page is correct.

- Arcade plans, credit rules, seat limits, and FAQ answers: arcade.software/pricing, checked September 11, 2026. The yearly Growth rate of $42.50 is the value the page's billing toggle renders; the page also advertises the discount as 15%.
- Arcade's page metadata names a "Pro" plan that does not appear on the page. This page cites only the plans shown: Free, Growth, Enterprise.
- Layerpath plans: layerpath.com/pricing, checked September 11, 2026.
- All other vendors in the category table: each vendor's own pricing page, checked September 11, 2026. Clueso displays only a yearly-billed rate.
- Team totals are arithmetic on the per-seat rates shown; no discount is assumed beyond what each vendor advertises.
