# How to Cancel Your HubSpot Subscription

Follow these steps to successfully cancel your HubSpot subscription. Please make sure you are logged into your HubSpot account before starting the process.

1. **Log in to HubSpot** – Go to [hubspot.com](https://www.hubspot.com/) and sign in to your HubSpot account.
2. **Click Your Profile Icon** – In the top-right corner, click your **account name or profile picture**, then select **"Account & Billing."**
3. **Go to the Subscriptions Tab** – Inside billing settings, click on the **“Subscriptions”** tab to view your active plans.
4. **Find the Subscription to Cancel** – Locate the HubSpot subscription (like Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, etc.) that you want to cancel.
5. **Click “Cancel” or “Turn Off Auto-Renew”** – You'll see a button to **cancel** or **disable auto-renewal** — click it.
6. **Follow On-Screen Instructions** – HubSpot may ask for **feedback** or confirm if you're sure about canceling. Complete all required steps.
7. **Review Cancellation Terms** – Carefully read the **cancellation policy** (some paid plans don’t refund mid-cycle).
