This guide will walk you through the steps to change the background color in Figma. Follow these steps to easily customize the background of your design canvas.

1. **Select the Canvas or Frame** – Click on an empty area or choose the frame you want to edit.
2. **Open the Right Panel** – Look for the **Background** or **Fill** section on the right side.
3. **Enable Fill (if not visible)** – If there's no fill, click **+** to add one.
4. **Click the Color Box** – A color picker will appear.
5. **Choose a Color** – Pick your desired background color or enter a hex code.
6. **Apply to Frame** – If you’re working inside a frame, ensure the frame is selected, not elements inside.
