1. **Log in to HubSpot** – Open [hubspot.com](https://www.hubspot.com/) and sign in to your account.
2. **Go to Forms Tool** – In the top menu, click on **“Marketing” > “Lead Capture” > “Forms.”**
3. **Click “Create Form”** – Hit the orange **“Create form”** button in the top-right corner.
4. **Choose Form Type** – Select a form type like **Embedded, Standalone Page, Pop-up Box, Slide-in** (left/right), or **Dropdown banner**, then click **“Next.”**
5. **Build Your Form** – Drag and drop fields like Name, Email, Phone, etc., from the left panel into your form on the right.
6. **Set Form Options** – Customize settings like **submission messages**, **redirects**, **notifications**, and **email confirmations**.
7. **Style and Preview** – Adjust design settings if needed and click **Preview** to see how it will look on desktop and mobile.
8. **Publish the Form** – Click **“Update”** or **“Publish”**. If it's an embedded form, you’ll get the **embed code** to paste on your website.
