# How To Crop An Image In Google Slides

Crop images in Google Slides to highlight key parts of a picture. Use built-in cropping tools to resize and shape your images.

1. Open your Google Slides presentation and select the image you want to crop.
2. Click on the **image**, then select the **Crop** icon in the toolbar (or press **Ctrl + Shift + K** on Windows / **Cmd + Shift + K** on Mac).
3. Drag the **black crop handles** on the edges of the image to adjust the crop area.
4. Press **Enter** or click outside the image to apply the crop.
5. If needed, click **"Format options"** to refine the image further.
