1. **Log in to HubSpot** – Go to [hubspot.com](https://www.hubspot.com/) and sign in to your account.
2. **Go to Contacts** – From the main dashboard, click on **“Contacts”** in the top menu, then choose **“Contacts”** again from the dropdown.
3. **Filter or Select Contacts** – You can export all contacts or use filters to narrow down the list (e.g., by lifecycle stage, owner, etc.).
4. **Click “Actions”** – On the top-right of the contacts list, click the **“Actions”** button.
5. **Select “Export”** – From the dropdown, choose **“Export”** to begin the export process.
