# How to Rotate Text in Google Docs

Easily rotate text in Google Docs by using the Drawing tool. This allows you to create custom text boxes that can be adjusted to your desired angle.

1. Open your Google Docs document.
2. Highlight the text you want to rotate.
3. Click on "Insert" in the top menu and select "Drawing" > "New."
4. In the drawing window, click on the "Text box" icon and draw a text box.
5. Type your text into the text box.
6. Select the text box, then click on the small blue circle at the top of the text box to rotate it.
7. Drag the circle to rotate the text to the desired angle.
8. Once you've rotated the text, click "Save and Close" to insert it into your document.
9. You can adjust the position and size of the rotated text box in the document as needed.
