# How to Share Google Forms

Follow these steps to share Google Forms via email, link, or QR code for easy distribution.

1. **Open Google Forms** – Go to [Google Forms](https://forms.google.com/) and open the form you want to share.
2. **Click “Send”** – Located in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. **Choose a Sharing Method** –
   
      - **Email** – Enter recipient emails and add a message (optional).
      - **Link** – Click the **link icon**, copy the URL, and share it.
      - **Embed** – Click the **embed icon**, copy the HTML code, and insert it into a website.
4. **Adjust Access Permissions (Optional)** – Click the settings ⚙️ icon to enable or disable response collection and edit access.
5. **Shorten the Link (Optional)** – Click **“Shorten URL”** for a more compact link.
6. **Enable Collaboration (Optional)** – Click **“Add Collaborators”**, enter emails, and select edit permissions.
7. **Share the Form** – Click **“Send”** or distribute the link via social media, messaging apps, or a website.
