# How to Share Screen on Zoom

This guide will walk you through the steps to share your screen during a Zoom meeting. Follow these instructions to easily share your screen with other participants.

1. **Join or Start a Zoom Meeting** – Open the Zoom app or web version and join or host a meeting where you want to share your screen.
2. **Click the “Share Screen” Button** – On the bottom toolbar, tap/click the **green “Share Screen”** button.
3. **Choose What to Share** – A window will pop up showing all your open applications and screens. You can share:
   
      - Entire screen
      - Specific window (like Chrome, PowerPoint)
      - Whiteboard
      - iPhone/iPad via AirPlay or cable
4. **Click “Share”** – After selecting what to share, click the **“Share”** button in the bottom right of that pop-up.
5. **Sharing Starts Immediately** – Other participants will now see the screen or window you selected. A green border appears around the shared area.
6. **Use Toolbar While Sharing** – A mini toolbar appears at the top with options like:
   
      - **Pause Share**
      - **Annotate**
      - **Stop Share**
7. **On Mobile (Android/iOS)**:
   
      - Tap **“Share” > “Screen”**
      - Follow prompts to allow screen broadcasting
      - Tap **“Start Now”** or **“Start Broadcast”**
8. **Stop Sharing** – Click **“Stop Share”** at the top of the screen to end screen sharing.
