# How to Share Zoom Meeting Link

Follow these steps to quickly copy and share your Zoom meeting link with others.

1. **Open Zoom App or Website** – Sign in to your Zoom account on the **Desktop App** or [zoom.us](https://zoom.us/).
2. **Start or Schedule a Meeting** –
   
      - Click **“New Meeting”** for instant
      - Or **“Schedule”** to set up a future meeting
3. **Get the Meeting Link (Instant Meeting)** –
   
      - Once the meeting starts, click **“Participants” > “Invite” > “Copy Invite Link”**
4. **Get the Meeting Link (Scheduled Meeting)** –
   
      - Go to the **“Meetings” tab**
      - Find your meeting and click **“Copy Invitation”**
5. **Paste the Link Anywhere** – Share the link through:
   
      - **WhatsApp**
      - **Email**
      - **SMS**
      - **Slack**
      - Any messaging platform
6. **Add Extra Info (Optional)** – Also share the **Meeting ID** and **Passcode** if required.
7. **Invite from Calendar (Optional)** – If synced with Google/Outlook Calendar, invites with the meeting link are auto-sent to guests.
8. **Done** – Link shared successfully! Participants can now join your Zoom meeting directly with one click.
