# How to Unlock a Zoom Account

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to unlock your Zoom account. Follow these steps carefully to reset your password and regain access to your account.

1. **Go to the Zoom Website** – Open your browser and visit [zoom.us](https://zoom.us/), then click **“Sign In.”**
2. **Try to Log In** – Enter your Zoom account email and password. If it's locked, you’ll see a message saying your account is temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts.
3. **Wait 30 Minutes (If Temporary Lock)** – If it's a **temporary lock**, Zoom will automatically unlock your account after **30 minutes**.

5. **Check Your Email** – Zoom will send a **password reset link** to your inbox. Click it within 24 hours.
