3. **Click the Zoom Dropdown** – Tap on the percentage (e.g., 100%) to open zoom options.
4. **Select a Lower Percentage** –

      - Choose **90%, 75%, or 50%** depending on how much you want to zoom out
      - The document will instantly resize
5. **Use Keyboard Shortcut (Optional)** –

      - Press **Ctrl + – (minus)** on Windows
      - Press **Cmd + – (minus)** on Mac
      - This zooms out your browser view, not just Docs
6. **Use Browser Zoom Controls** –

      - Click the **three-dot menu** in your browser (top-right)
      - Go to **Zoom** and click the minus (–) to zoom out
7. **Use Trackpad or Mouse Scroll** –

      - Hold **Ctrl/Cmd** and scroll **down** to zoom out quickly
8. **Done** – Your Google Doc is now zoomed out and easier to view overall.
