How to Connect HubSpot to Gmail

This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of connecting your HubSpot account to your Gmail. Follow these simple instructions to ensure a seamless integration.

1. Log in to HubSpot – Visit hubspot.com and log in to your account.

2. Go to Settings – Click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open your account settings.

3. Navigate to Email Integrations – In the left sidebar, go to “General” > “Email”, or search for “Email Integration” in the settings search bar.

4. Click “Connect Personal Email” – Under the Email tab, click the “Connect personal email” button.

5. Choose Gmail – Select Google / Gmail from the list of available email providers.

6. Log in to Your Google Account – A new window will open. Sign in to your Gmail account and allow access when prompted.

7. Authorize HubSpot Access – Grant all necessary permissions so HubSpot can sync emails, log activity, and track replies.

8. Done – Email Connected! – You’ll get a confirmation, and now your Gmail account is linked to HubSpot for sending, tracking, and logging emails directly.
