How to Merge Companies
in HubSpot
Discover the step-by-step process to merge companies in HubSpot effectively. Streamline your CRM and enhance your data management with our expert guide.
Log in to HubSpot – Go to hubspot.com and sign in with your credentials.
Navigate to Companies – From the top menu, click on “Contacts” > “Companies” to view your company records.
Search the Primary Company – Use the search bar to find the company record you want to keep as the primary.
Open Company Profile – Click on the company name to open its profile. This will be the main record after merging.
Click “Actions” – In the top-right corner of the company profile, click on the “Actions” dropdown.
Select “Merge” – Choose “Merge” from the dropdown menu options.
Find the Duplicate Company – Search and select the duplicate company you want to merge into the primary one.
Confirm the Merge – Click “Merge” to finalize. HubSpot will combine both records, keeping the primary one’s data as default.
