How to Create a Form in HubSpot
This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a form in HubSpot, ensuring you can capture and manage your leads efficiently.
Log in to HubSpot – Open hubspot.com and sign in to your account.
Go to Forms Tool – In the top menu, click on “Marketing” > “Lead Capture” > “Forms.”
Click “Create Form” – Hit the orange “Create form” button in the top-right corner.
Choose Form Type – Select a form type like Embedded, Standalone Page, Pop-up Box, Slide-in (left/right), or Dropdown banner, then click “Next.”
Build Your Form – Drag and drop fields like Name, Email, Phone, etc., from the left panel into your form on the right.
Set Form Options – Customize settings like submission messages, redirects, notifications, and email confirmations.
Style and Preview – Adjust design settings if needed and click Preview to see how it will look on desktop and mobile.
Publish the Form – Click “Update” or “Publish”. If it's an embedded form, you’ll get the embed code to paste on your website.
