How to Create an Email in HubSpot
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create an email in HubSpot. Follow each step carefully to ensure successful email creation.
Log in to HubSpot – Open hubspot.com and sign in to your account.
Go to Marketing > Email – From the top menu, click “Marketing” > “Email” to open the email tool.
Click “Create Email” – Hit the “Create email” button in the top-right.
Choose Email Type – Select from options like Regular, Automated, or Blog/RSS. For most use cases, choose Regular for a one-time send.
Pick a Template – Choose a drag-and-drop template or start from scratch. You can also use saved templates or custom ones.
Build Your Email – Add text, images, buttons, and personalize with smart content or contact tokens like first name.
Set Subject Line & Recipients – Add a catchy subject line, from name, and sender email. Then select your recipient list (static or smart).
