How to Cancel Your
HubSpot Subscription
Follow these steps to successfully cancel your HubSpot subscription. Please make sure you are logged into your HubSpot account before starting the process.
Log in to HubSpot – Go to hubspot.com and sign in to your HubSpot account.
Click Your Profile Icon – In the top-right corner, click your account name or profile picture, then select "Account & Billing."
Go to the Subscriptions Tab – Inside billing settings, click on the “Subscriptions” tab to view your active plans.
Find the Subscription to Cancel – Locate the HubSpot subscription (like Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, etc.) that you want to cancel.
Click “Cancel” or “Turn Off Auto-Renew” – You'll see a button to cancel or disable auto-renewal — click it.
Follow On-Screen Instructions – HubSpot may ask for feedback or confirm if you're sure about canceling. Complete all required steps.
Review Cancellation Terms – Carefully read the cancellation policy (some paid plans don’t refund mid-cycle).
Get Confirmation – After cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your plan will end at the close of your current billing cycle.
