How to Find Out How Many People
Can Be on a Zoom Call
This guide will walk you through the steps to find out the maximum number of participants allowed on a Zoom call. Follow each step carefully to acquire the necessary information.
Go to Zoom Website – Open your browser and visit zoom.us, then sign in to your account.
Click on “My Account” – On the top-right corner, click “My Account” to access your Zoom profile and settings.
Check Plan Type – On the left sidebar, click “Account Management” → “Billing” to see which plan (Basic, Pro, Business, etc.) you’re on.
Compare Plan Features – Note down your plan name and then go to zoom.us/pricing in another tab.
Find Participant Limit – On the pricing page, check the maximum participant limit for your current plan (e.g., Basic = 100, Pro = 100+, etc.).
Check Add-ons (If Any) – If your account has add-ons like Large Meeting, your participant limit may increase to 500 or 1000.
Cross-Verify in Meeting Settings – Go to Meetings > Schedule a Meeting and look at the "Registration" or "Capacity" section if shown.
Contact Zoom Support (Optional) – Still unsure? You can contact Zoom support or your admin (if you’re part of an organization) to confirm.
