Ensure that your Zoom application is updated to the latest version for these settings to be available.

Join or Start a Meeting – You can either host a new meeting or join an existing one to set up the blur background.

Select “Choose Virtual Background” – A new settings window will open.
Choose “Blur” Option – In the list of backgrounds, click on the “Blur” effect. This will instantly blur your background and keep your face in focus.

Select “Blur” from the list.
Enable Video if Disabled – If your video is off, turn it on to see the blur effect in action.
