How to Use Zoom Whiteboard
This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to schedule and add events to the Zoom Whiteboard feature. Following these instructions will help you efficiently set up and manage your Zoom Whiteboard sessions.
Open Zoom and Start a Meeting – Launch the Zoom app on your desktop or mobile, then start or join a meeting.
Click on “Share Screen” – In the bottom toolbar, tap the green “Share Screen” button.
Select “Whiteboard” – From the available options, click on “Whiteboard” and then hit the “Share” button.
Use Annotation Tools – Once the whiteboard opens, you’ll see tools like draw, text, spotlight, eraser, and shapes on the toolbar. Start sketching or writing!
Collaborate in Real-Time – All participants (if allowed) can draw or write on the same whiteboard in real time.
Save the Whiteboard – Click on the “Save” icon (usually a floppy disk symbol) to download the current whiteboard as a PNG or PDF.
Stop Sharing When Done – After the session, click “Stop Share” at the top of the screen to exit the whiteboard mode.
Access Whiteboards Later (Zoom Whiteboard Feature) – If using Zoom’s new Whiteboard feature (via Zoom One), go to zoom.us/whiteboard to create, save, and access whiteboards outside meetings.
