This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of creating a Zoom meeting link. Follow these instructions to easily schedule and obtain a link for your Zoom meetings.

  1. Open Zoom App or Website – Launch the Zoom desktop app or go to zoom.us and log in to your Zoom account.

  2. Click on “Schedule” – From the home screen, click the “Schedule” button to create a new meeting.

  3. Fill Meeting Info – Add your meeting topic, date, time, duration, and time zone details.

  4. Enable Passcode or Waiting Room – Choose a passcode or turn on Waiting Room for meeting security.

  5. Adjust Meeting Options – Set preferences like host video on/off, participants video on/off, and mute on entry if needed.

  6. Choose Calendar Integration – Select Google Calendar, Outlook, or Other Calendars so Zoom can generate the meeting invite with the link.

  7. Click “Save” – Zoom will create the meeting and generate a unique meeting link (Zoom URL + Meeting ID).

  8. Copy & Share the Link – Copy the Zoom invite link and send it to your participants via email, WhatsApp, or any messaging app.
