How To Set Print Area In Google Sheets

Follow these steps to customize the print area in your Google Sheets document. This guide will help you specify which cells you want to print to avoid printing unnecessary data.

  2. Click on File in the top menu and choose Print.

  3. In the Print settings panel, click on the Print dropdown under "Print" and select Selected cells.

  6. Click Print to finalize.
