How to Unhide Columns in Google Sheets

Learn how to reveal hidden columns in your Google Sheets for better data visibility. Follow these simple steps to unhide columns quickly and efficiently.

  1. Locate the hidden column by looking for the small double-arrow icon (⫶⫶) between two column letters.

  2. Hover your mouse over the double arrow until a small hand icon appears.

  3. Click on the arrow, and the hidden column will reappear instantly.

  4. If multiple columns are hidden, select the surrounding columns, right-click, and choose Unhide columns.

  5. The previously hidden columns will now be fully visible and editable.

  6. You can hide and unhide columns as needed to manage your spreadsheet's layout.
