Open Google Sheets and locate the hidden rows.

Look for small up and down arrows in the row numbering on the left side.

Click on the arrows to reveal the hidden rows.

Alternatively, select the row numbers above and below the hidden row.

Right-click on the selection and choose Unhide rows from the menu.
