  2. Look through their listed skills and find the ones you want to endorse.

  3. Click the “+” or “Endorse” button next to a skill to confirm your endorsement.

  4. LinkedIn may ask how well you know their skill—select from options like “Good,” “Very Good,” or “Expert.”

  5. Your endorsement will be added to their profile, and they may receive a notification about it.

  6. Encourage them to return the favor by endorsing your skills as well, strengthening mutual credibility.
