How to Export Figma to PDF

This guide will walk you through the process of exporting designs from Figma to a PDF file. Follow these steps to successfully convert your Figma project into a PDF format.

1. Select the Frame or Artboard – Click on the frame you want to export (or select multiple by holding Shift).

2. Go to the Export Section – In the right-hand panel, scroll to the Export section at the bottom.

3. Click “+” for Export Settings – Press the “+” icon to add export options.

4. Choose PDF Format – From the dropdown, select PDF as the export format.

5. Set Options if Needed – Adjust scale, suffix, or flatten layers if required.

6. Click “Export” – Hit the Export [Frame Name] button.

7. Save the File – Choose a location on your computer to save the PDF.
