How to Export Multiple Frames in Figma as One PDF

This guide will walk you through the steps to export multiple frames in Figma into a single PDF file. Follow each step carefully to achieve the desired result.

1. Select All Frames – Hold down Shift and click each frame you want to include, or drag to select them all.

2. Go to the Export Section – In the right-hand sidebar under the Design tab, scroll down to find the Export section.

3. Click the “+” Icon – This adds export settings for each selected frame.

4. Choose PDF Format – From the dropdown, select PDF as the export format.

5. Check “Export frames to PDF” – If this checkbox appears, make sure it’s enabled to combine all frames into a single PDF file (instead of separate ones).

6. Click “Export [#] Layers” – You’ll be prompted to name and save the combined PDF.

7. Done – All selected frames are now exported together as one PDF file!
