How to Publish Google Slides

Publish Google Slides online to share a view-only version with others. Learn how to generate a public link and adjust publishing settings for easy access.

  1. Open your Google Slides presentation.

  2. Click on File in the top menu.

  3. Select Publish to the web from the dropdown.

  4. Choose between Link or Embed options.

  5. Adjust settings like auto-advance timing and start options.

  7. Copy the provided link or embed code to share your slides.
