How to See Edit History in Google Slides

View the edit history in Google Slides to track changes and restore previous versions. Learn how to access version history and see who made edits.

  1. Open your Google Slides presentation.

  2. Click on "File" in the top menu.

  3. Select "Version history" from the dropdown.

  4. Click on "See version history."

  5. A panel will open on the right showing past edits.

  6. Click on any version to view changes.

  7. Restore a previous version if needed by clicking "Restore this version."
