How to Add Page Numbers on Canva
Easily incorporate page numbers into your Canva designs with simple steps. Enhance your documents or presentations for a polished, professional look.
Open your multi-page design in Canva and ensure the pages are in the correct order.
Select the "Text" tab in the left toolbar and choose a text style for the page number.
Drag the text box to the bottom of the page or wherever you want the number to appear.
Manually type the page number in the text box and format it using the toolbar to match your design theme.
Copy and paste the text box onto each subsequent page, updating the page number for each.
Preview the document to ensure the page numbers are aligned consistently across all pages.
