How to Hide Comments in Figma

This guide will walk you through the steps to hide comments in Figma. Following these steps will help you keep your design workspace clean and focused by temporarily hiding comments.

  1. Open Your Figma File – Launch the design file where comments are visible.

  2. Locate the Top Toolbar – Find the toolbar at the top of the screen.

  3. Click the Comment Icon (💬) – It's usually near the right-hand side.

  4. Toggle Off Comments – Click the icon once to hide all comment pins on the canvas.

  5. Verify Comments Are Hidden – The pins and comment threads will no longer be visible.

  6. To Show Again – Click the same icon again to toggle comments back on.

  7. Note – Hiding comments only affects your view, not others' visibility.
