How To Rotate Google Slides

Rotate slides in Google Slides to adjust orientation. Use page setup to change slide direction.

  1. Open your Google Slides presentation.

  2. Click on "File" in the top menu.

  3. Select "Page setup" from the dropdown.

  4. Click on the dropdown menu that shows "Widescreen 16:9".

  5. Choose "Custom" and swap the width and height values (e.g., 10 x 5 inches → 5 x 10 inches) to rotate the slide.

  6. Click "Apply", and your slides will switch to a rotated layout.
