Join or Start a Meeting – Open Zoom and join an ongoing meeting or start a new one.
Find the Participant to Spotlight – In the meeting window, locate the participant whose video you want to spotlight.

Select “Spotlight Video” – From the dropdown menu, select “Spotlight Video”. This will make that participant the primary focus of the meeting for everyone.
Confirm Spotlight – Once you click, the participant’s video will be highlighted for all attendees, and they will be featured as the main video on everyone’s screen.
Spotlight Multiple Participants (Optional) – If you're the host, you can spotlight up to 9 participants at once by clicking “Add Spotlight” after selecting another participant.
Stop Spotlighting – To remove spotlighting, simply click the “Stop Spotlight Video” option from the participant’s video feed dropdown or select another participant to spotlight.
